The primary use of this application is to:
  • manage the account
  • manage lists
  • design forms
  • manage mobile users
  • browse, analyze and export results

Main features:

  • web application with no installation required
  • unlimited entry of forms, screens, fields and results
  • interactive form designer (Ajax)
  • upload Excel or CSV list of items to select from with unlimited length
  • the following field types are available:
    • labels
    • one line text
    • multiple line text
    • numeric (integer or decimals)
    • boolean (Yes/No)
    • radio (selection of one option)
    • dropdown lists
    • multiple selection (checkboxes)
    • long list single or multiple selection/search
    • date
  • revisioned forms (history of field and form changes is kept)
  • manage, analyze (basic charting of structured data) and export gathered data (results) to Excel or CSV formats
  • US or EU regional settings
  • online purchase of additional users if required

The mobile web interface is used to collect data using a browser of any modern mobile device.

  • renders all forms designed using the Designer desktop application
  • optimized mobile user interface
  • option of fast entry using a barcode scanner
  • client field validation
  • fast repetitive form input function
  • browse long lists to select from
  • browse and delete own form entries
  • authenticated or public access
